Lotta is our AI application built for owners, brokers and developers. Enter an address and it identifies a property's highest and best use in minutes using the four-test formula: what's (1) legally permissible, (2) physically possible, (3) financially feasible and (4) maximally productive. Lotta is deliberately built to analyze a property with full context on state and local laws, the site's 3D geometry and building envelope, and the financial outcome and feasibility of every possible plan.
